In the market for more than 30 years

We began in the market with the name of Securicor more than 30 years ago, March 20, 1974, setting the franchise of Thomas de la Rue, a company known worldwide for its expertise in Security Transportation and Security Printing, years later this multinational decides sell its interests in Latin America to another conglomerate international security and continue to operate under the name Armored Segura, S.A.

In the mid of 90s, October 9, 1995, our corporate image brand undergoes a change henceforth called Securicor Segura, S. A., a joint venture between Thomas Greg and Sons from Colombia and Securicor in the United Kingdom. Thomas Greg and Sons is a regional conglomerate of companies that specializes in four areas: Security Printing, Security Services, Custom Courier and Communications. Securicor, was founded in the United Kingdom in 1935 and was one of the largest security companies in the world with its shares traded on the stock exchange market in London, the London Stock Exchange.

In 2002, the # 1 European company in global security Group 4 Falck acquires WACKENHUT representation worldwide. Wackenhut Dominicana, S.A. was founded on May 3rd 1971 to fulfill the primacy of security service provider in the country.

In 2004, Group 4 Falck merges with Securicor Segura, S. A. to consolidate its leadership position in the world.

Since 2005 we have been extending this process of integration of our businesses Securicor Segura, S. A. and Wackenhut Dominicana, S. A. and following the merger of these two multinationals, in 2006 gave rise to G4S, the name under which our company is now called. This merge has strengthened our operations and benefit to our customers by providing services of the highest quality, improving everyday always with the clear goal of exceeding their expectations through our immediate responses so they feel confident and secure base for our work.
